TREMONTON - September 9, 2021
Western AgCredit is partnering with CoBank in sponsoring the annual “Farmers Feeding Families” food drive. Those groups have pledged to each contribute 50 cents per pound of food brought in during the next month, which means $1 for every pound, up to $10,000.
Non-perishable donations are being accepted now through October 8, at 781 E. Main, Ste. A in Tremonton. Financial donations are also welcomed and will be counted as $1 = one pound.
Tremonton Western AgCredit is in friendly competition with seven other branches and is hoping to see the locals step up to help them be the winner, which means a win for the community, as well.
All proceeds from this drive will stay local, going to the Community Food Pantry. Those who take items directly to the Pantry are asked to declare them as part of the “Farmers Feeding Families” drive.
