Celebrations are planned throughout northern Box Elder County to help ring in a Star-Spangled July 4th holiday. Here are just a few of the plans from local communities:

Monday and Tuesday, July 4 and 5:
Rodeo: Mine Bulls, 7:30 p.m.; Grand Entry 8 p.m., $10 per person, $30 for family of five.

Honeyville
Saturday, July 2:
Trap Shoot, 6 p.m., Bingham Gravel Pit, 8590 N. Hwy 38, All skill levels welcomed. Must have own gun, ammo, eye and ear protection. Waiver must be signed. Under 18 must have parent or guardian present.
Dinner and Movie in the Park – Dinner, 8 p.m., Movie at dusk
Monday, July 4:
Freedom Run, 7 a.m., begins at Crystal Hot Springs, 8215 N. Hwy 38. Pre-registration is preferred, online registration closes June 30, midnight. Go to Honeyville Freedom Run Facebook page. $15 with T-shirt; $5 without (Pick up packets at park during dinner on July 2). Registration on day of race, 6:15-6:45 a.m., Cost is $5 more.
Firemen’s Breakfast, 7-9 a.m., Honeyville Park
Parade, 10:30 a.m., begin lining up at 10 a.m.
Park Activities, 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. pie eating contest, climbing wall, dunk tank, races, air-filled toys, food (cash or check only)
Volleyball tournament, 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Teams of 4-6 players, 13 years of age or older, sign up before July 2.
Saturday, July 9:
Youth Rodeo, Honeyville Rodeo Grounds, 2371 W 6900 N., 10 a.m., Registration 8-9:30 a.m. Events for all ages up to 15 years. Mutton Bustin’, Dummy Roping, Stick Horse Race, Breakaway Roping, Sheep Scramble, Calf Riding, Barrels, Poles, Goat Ribbon Pull, Steer Riding, Mini Bulls.

Corinne City
Saturday, July 2:
City Hall - Little Miss Pageant, 10 a.m.; Miss Teen, 11 a.m.
Fire Station - Mr. 4th of July, 5:30 p.m.
Street Dance and Swing Dancing, 7 p.m.

City Park - Flag Ceremony 7 a.m.

Garland City will be holding their annual Garland City Days events (formerly Wheat and Beet Days) July 6-9, 2022.

Tremonton City
