The theme for the first GFWC Women’s Civic League Pumpkin Walk couldn’t be more perfect for 2020 - “It’s Scary – But We are in This Together.”

Held, Friday and Saturday, Oct. 9-10, at the Holmgren Nature Trail in Tremonton, local organizations put together scenes, decorated scarecrows and carved pumpkins for the entire community to enjoy.

“Our community, and the rest of the world, have been going through challenging times,” the GFWC Women’s Civic League stated referring to the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

“This would be a fun way to bring us together allowing for social distancing and following government CDC guidelines,” it added.

The GFWC Women’s Civic League, a local organization dedicated to serving the community, sponsored the pumpkin walk along with held from Tremonton City and others.
