An ATV rollover in West Corinne Sunday evening, March 27, sent a woman to the hospital and left the juvenile driver with minor injuries.
A press release from the Box Elder County Sheriff's Office said a report of a a four-wheeler crashing at 2400 N. 5200 W. came in about 6 p.m. Corinne Fire and Brigham City EMTs responded to the scene and found a 26-year-old female with a head injury. She was transported to Brigham City Community Hospital.
An investigation by deputies found that a 12-year-old male had been driving with the female as his passenger. The juvenile driver braked hard and turned to avoid crashing into another four-wheeler that had slowed, causing the machine to tip onto its side. Neither the driver nor the passenger were wearing helmets, the report said.
