Every spring, over 2,000 high school FFA members and guests from across the state gather together at the Utah FFA State Convention. Attendees participate in general sessions, competitive events, service projects and leadership workshops.
Not only does this convention give members, advisors and supporters the opportunity to emulate “Premier Leadership, Career Success and Personal Growth,” but it also gives them the chance to be recognized on stage for their hard work and dedication to the Utah FFA Association.
The 94th annual Utah FFA State Convention was held March 10-11, at the Davis Convention Center in Layton, Utah. In total, 44 members from the Bear River FFA chapter traveled to attend the event and competed in various competitions. This was the chapter's 93rd year attending this convention. Bear River, like many years before, brought home many titles to be proud of. Many of the members rankings and winnings go as follows:
