SCHOOL - "Parade around with Garland Elementary staff on May 11"

GARLAND - By Cari Doutre - May 10, 2020

Taking a cue from their friends at McKinley Elementary School in Tremonton, staff members at Garland Elementary School are also hitting the parade route to bring joy and happiness to their students during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

Starting Monday, May 11 at 1 p.m., teachers, faculty members and administrators at Garland Elementary will begin their route along school boundary lines for the chance to wave hello and see their students for the first time in almost two months. It will all be done by safety of their vehicles while following all social distancing guidelines.

The parade route and schedule is posted below.

The Valley Headliner - BRVNEWS.com will also be along the parade route capturing pictures of students and their homemade signs as well as all the teachers and staff members from Garland Elementary.

Take plenty of pictures and share them with The Valley Headliner to be featured at BRVNEWS.com on Tuesday morning.

Text pictures to (435) 279-0553 or email them: valleyheadliner@gmail.com. Pictures can also be sent via Facebook Messenger @BRVNEWS.
