The end of the 2020 Bear River High School boys’ golf season is nearing an end with the Region 11 championship tournament set for Sept. 28-19, 2020.
On Monday, the Bears will compete at Glen Eagle Golf Course in Syracuse and on Tuesday they will play at Hill Air Force Base starting at 9 a.m. on both days.
In Region 11 play this week, Bear River took fourth overall at Logan Country Club on Monday, Sept. 21.
Ridgeline High School and Green Canyon High School tied for first (307) with Sky View High School in third place (312) and Bear River in fourth (316). Logan High School (327) and Mountain Crest High School (338) rounded out the day’s competition for team scores.
Bear River High senior Jarret Giles tied for second place (74) individually. Padin Hartfiel (79) tied for 11th place while Ryker Bennett (81) and Marcus Callister (82) rounded out the varsity team scores.
