COMMUNITY - "Lighting the torch for the Utah Special Olympics"

BOX ELDER COUNTY - May 14, 2022

The 2022 Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Utah was held in Box Elder County on Thursday, May 12. The event started at Fielding Elementary School with stages following at Garland Elementary, Bear River High, North Park Elementary and Alice C. Harris Intermediate School before heading south to Brigham City.

As the torch run went past Bear River High, students lined Main Street in Garland waving to participants while the school's band played music and the Bear River High cheer team joined the torch run.
