A 28-year-old Tremonton man was booked into the Box Elder County Jail on Monday, November 8, after he reportedly gave THC gummies to his co-workers at a local business without them knowing what they contained.
Tremonton/Garland Police Chief Nick Nessen said staff members of North Eastern Services on Main Street called local law enforcement when several fell ill after ingesting the marijuana edibles. Christian Cabrera was arrested and charged with five counts of Surreptitious Administering of Certain Substances, a Third Degree Felony.
He told officers he was “just joking with them.”
