BOX ELDER COUNTY - December 10, 2022
A rollover early Saturday morning, December 10, critically injured a California woman. Sgt. Arik Beesley with Utah Highway Patrol said the crash occurred about 5 a.m. on Highway 30 at milepost 29 in northwestern Box Elder County.
The female driver in her 20s was traveling westbound when it appears the vehicle went off the road to the right, at which time the driver made a correction, sending the vehicle to the left and off the road sideways. The vehicle then rolled multiple times before coming to rest on four wheels.
Park Valley Fire and EMS responded to the scene. The injured woman was transported by ambulance to the Park Valley LDS church and from there was airlifted to Ogden Regional Hospital in critical condition.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
